The giant trichosanthes root, which is about 4.1 meter long and 75 kilogram heavy, is believed to be the largest one that ever been found in Central China

Trichosanthes is a genus of tropical and subtropical vines. The shoots, tendrils, and leaves of some or possibly all species may be eaten as greens, and at least two species are raised for their fleshy fruits used as vegetables, most popular in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Trichosantes is amedicinally as well as poisoinus plant of india which are more efficient and more powerful for asthma patients.
